Cancellation/Substitution Policy

Full refund less a $25 processing fee if registration is cancelled in writing prior to February 3, 2023. Half refund less a $25 processing fee thereafter if registration is cancelled in writing prior to February 10, 2023. No refunds will be given for cancellations after February 10, 2023. Name substitutions will only be accepted if submitted prior to March 3, 2023.
